Every Valkyrie frame is hand-laid using 384 individual pre-preg carbon plies with targeted fiber orientation. Ultra-high tensile fibers at the head tube and bottom bracket provide laser-sharp steering accuracy, while woven Dyneema along the downtube shields against high-speed rock strikes.

Continuous Monocoque Front Triangle

Cured in high-pressure EPS silicone mandrels to eliminate internal resin voids and maintain uniform 0.9mm wall thickness.

Dyneema Impact Shield Armor

Ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene fibers woven into the bottom bracket shield preventing catastrophic rock-puncture failures.

Integrated Titanium Dropouts & Axle Sleeves

Direct-threaded Ti-6Al-4V titanium inserts preventing thread stripping over hundreds of wheel changes in dusty race conditions.
